Atul has a manufacturing site and a colony in Ankleshwar.
The site has the largest and the best facilities in the world to manufacture p-Cresol, p-Anisicaldehyde and p-Anisicalcohol; it also manufactures 34other products. Atul has established facilities to convert effluent and waste into saleable products, and as such it is an almost ‘zero discharge’ site.
The colony has 40 houses, recreation facilities and a guesthouse. Atul has an arrangement with Ankleshwar Gymkhana, located less than 1 km away, for the families living in the colony. Uday (for children), Ulhas (for men), Urmi (for ladies) and Utkarsh (for all), the 4 Atul Community Organizations operate in Ankleshwar. Banks, hospitals, schools, shopping centers, places of worship, etc are within a radius of 3kms.
Atul has a site in Panoli, about 8kms south of its Ankleshwar site, for production of tissue cultured Banana plants.
