Atul takes a few Workmen Trainees locally, based on its organisation structure.
Atul regularly takes Summer Trainees and Interns in April-June quarter and assigns them specific projects which they can complete in a time-bound manner. This also provides an opportunity to the Trainees and Interns to know about the Company (and vice versa) for a potential association in future.
