The distribution will be in proportion to the number of Equity shares held by the Shareholders. Each holder of Equity shares is entitled to one vote per share. ii) Preference shares: The Company has Preference shares having a par value of ` 100 per share. Each Shareholder is eligible for dividend depending upon their coupon rates. The Preference Shareholder is entitled to one vote per share only on resolutions placed before the Company which directly affect the rights attached to the Preference shares. iii) Dividend: The Company declares and pays dividend in Indian rupees.
