It has considered that such a lease of land transfers substantially all of the risks and rewards incidental to ownership of land. 2Includes premises on ownership basis of ` 1.10 cr (March 31, 2023: ` 1.10 cr) and cost of fully paid share in co-operative society of ` 2,000 (March 31, 2023: ` 2,000). 3Capital work-in-progress mainly comprises addition | expansion projects in progress. According to the assessment of the Management, there are no events or changes in circumstances that suggest impairment of property, plant and equipment as per Ind AS 36 ‘Impairment of Assets’. Consequently, no provision for impairment has been recorded.
