The Management Committee of Atul Foundation Trust works under the overall
direction and guidance of the Board of Trustees. The Foundation is supported by teams
required for operations and projects.
The impact made by Atul Foundation is generally reviewed by the Management
(quarterly), Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (half yearly) and the Board
(yearly) of Atul.
Established in 1978, Atul Rural Development Fund Trust is the primary implementing
agency for Atul Foundation.
