Atul Foundation serves the society through the following institutions:
Ulhas
Established: 1961
Managed: Atul Foundation Trust
About: Ulhas promotes health and well-being
of residents of Atul and surrounding villages.
It organises cricket tournaments, inter-village
volleyball competitions and marathons.
Kalyani Shala
Established: 1953
Managed: Atul Kelavani Mandal
About: Kalyani Shala is a private aided school
providing quality and affordable education to
children belonging to Atuland surrounding
villages. It offers classes from kindergarten to
12 and the medium of instruction is Gujarati.
Currently, it has 1,802 students.
Urmi
Established: 1953
Managed: Atul Foundation Trust
About: Urmi empowers women by providing
them with sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Production of spices was introduced in the early
1960s; over the years, sun dried and iron pounded
spices prepared using age-old traditional practices
have evolved as the identity of the organisation.
The complete process from sun drying to roasting,
pounding, blending and packaging is managed by
women from surrounding villages.
