Pursuant to the SEBI (Depositories and
Participants)
Regulations,
1996,
certificates were also received from the
Company Secretary in practice for timely
dematerialisation of the shares of the
Company and for conducting a
secretarial audit on a quarterly basis for
reconciliation of the share capital of the
Company. All the certificates were filed
with the stock exchanges where the
shares of the Company are listed.
